Las Persianas Azules provides our luxurious accommodation, set in 45 acres of Almond & Olive groves with tranquil mountain views.
Las Persianas Azules is a registered Casa Rural, located a few minutes from Velez Rubio, providing meals and accommodation. Owned and run by Ian and Jayne, the property has 5 en-suite double bedrooms, all with lovely vistas. Recently modernised, the rooms have been tastefully decorated keeping the traditional Spanish Cortijo style. Free internet access is available through their WiFi network. For the cooler winter months, there is a open log fire and all bedrooms have central heating.
Outside, there is a solar heated pool and jacuzzi. Spacious terraces, both around the pool and the cortijo means there is always room to enjoy the evening sun with a drink, available from the well-stocked honesty fridge.
photoTrails holidays are fully catered, starting the day with a large continental breakfast of croissants, fresh bread, cereals and fruit. Lunches, depending on the day's itinerary, are either in local tapas bars or a packed lunch hamper. The evening meal is either taken at the accommodation or in one of the many local restaurants. At Las Persianas Azules, the food is a choice of traditional Andalucian style with dishes such as paella or various international dishes. Drinks (soft/beer/wine) are provided with meals.
